NFT Data Capsules are required to participate in the 2-earn economy. $LAI stakers with 40/40 fractions can now mint their NFTs.
Up until this point, our ecosystem stakers compiled fractions to redeem data capsules.
AI Capsules represent your dataset, acquired from your activity browsing on the Internet.
One set of 40 gives you one Data Capsule, but you can collect, mint, and stack multiple capsules to increase rewards.

š Next Steps & Timelines
Collecting Data Capsule NFT fractions by staking $LAI will remain open until the NFT reveal, happening later this month.
This is to give $LAI stakers the last opportunity to enter the AI2Earn economy without cost.
NFTs will be enabled for trading with the launch of the marketplace. Until then, they're set as non-tradable: this is to preserve secondary market liquidity for our native LayerAI Marketplace.
Next up: the NFT Marketplace & VPN launch roadmap will be revealed. This will be the first opportunity in history for you to earn rewards by browsing the internet via VPN.
